No Chats Are Safe
Brief:: Convince people not to use AI for therapy. All deliverables must be created with AI.
Problem: People are turning to AI for mental health support every day, but many don’t realize these platforms don’t have the same confidentiality protections as a therapist. Without that privacy, people’s personal conversations can be used or shared in ways they never expected or approved.
Insight: OpenAI CEO Sam Altman has openly said that AI shouldn’t be used for therapy because it does not have patient client confidentiality like real therapists are required to.
Idea: We’re leaking three very embarrassing, absurd conversations in partnership with ChatGPT, because real help requires a real human.
Client: Better Help
Role: Art Director/Copywriter
Concept ideation, AI prompter, video editing, OOH design and mockups, headline writing

The chats we leaked:

TV Spots
Radio Spots
OOH Tryptichs

OOH Billboards

In partnership with OpenAI, when a user asks a therapy question, it will trigger an automated response offering them free therapy with Better Help.

We’ll take the campaign to socials with a stunt on @deuxmoi “leaking” Kendall Jenner’s chats with Jacob Elordi. A day later, we’ll confess that the chat was fake.
